I have some vague idea but would have to do more research. They were having trouble getting Russians inspired as the Brezhnev government overreached geopolitically (Afghanistan war, for example) and needed them. Perhaps something we will see more of in the US for the same reason, though this is a far more anti white country than the USSR…
